It was a great experience. We walked out feeling great about our new car purchase. Dealing with Sterling is like dealing with a good friend that you know you can trust, even though we just met him.
Would not recommend this dealership. Purchased a truck from them. It's been one mishap after another. They range from small things like getting the truck on empty with the gas light on and having to raz the sales guy hey no gas in the truck to get about 20 bucks of gas in the thing to the transmission going out with in a week of purchasing the vehicle. Thank goodness I bought an extended warranty. Then i fell on the ice in front of their service department area because they didnt salt it. The lack of communication this place has within their departments is crazy. The cherry on the cake was yesterday, after texting with Dan the GSM making arrangements to drop off wheels that went to a vehicle I traded in. The directions from were "pull up to the middle bay we will unload the wheel and tires for you." When I arrive, I pull up to the middle bay. They had no idea what I was doing there. 2 or 3 employees stood around watching me unload the wheels and tires. So I have a conversation with Dan letting him know all the ways his place screwed the pooch and all he had to say was. Well we will take your feedback to heart. No attempt was made to make up for their long list of short comings. I am a huge fan of the brand Nissan, unfortunately they put a huge stain on the brand.
The Salesman, Kyle, was simply fantastic! He was friendly, professional and willing to put up with my shenanigans. The entire process was smooth and actually enjoyable. All staff involved were personable and a pleasure to work with.
I definitely recommend Nissan and Denny Menholt to anyone looking for an automobile.

Con artists, overpriced cars, rude employees unwilling to admit when they’re wrong about something. The sales staff made a comment amazed I had 5 grand to put down on a car saying “wow how’d you save up 5k” as if I am idiot unaware of good financial practices. Then the car sold to us was taken into their own shop to get an oil change done and they stripped to drain plug and for several days refused to fix it. Went a whole week without a car having to rent one on my own dime and finally they fixed the car but offered no apologies nor did they offer to pay for a rental. Terrible business. Dawson and Tadd with the service department are the most incompetent smooth brained debutant troglodytes I’ve ever met.
Longest oil change ever! I was thinking they had to drill for the oil. The excuse was the "manager" was there alone and had people just dropping in. I had an appointment, so why did it take an hour and a half? Perhaps they should have more help scheduled for Saturdays? It shouldn't have been more than a 45 minute job if that. I checked I will probably return only because the vehicle is under warranty, otherwise, that would be a big NO! I would not drive an hour and a half to get there to have to wait another hour and a half for an oil change. I'd take it to a local shop and have it done in 30 minutes with the entire trip & service being less time than it takes me to get to the dealership.

Sterling was very helpful and patient with us during our purchase. Very easy / laid back process - not a pushy salesman. We have bought probably 15 cars in my life and this was an overall great experience.
